General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of KamikuraTCG

2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the KamikuraTCG online shop and regulate the rights and obligations between KamikuraTCG and customers. By placing an order, customers accept these General Terms and Conditions in full.

3. Products and Offers

KamikuraTCG offers physical trading cards, suitable accessories, and 3D-printed accessories. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item. Product descriptions are prepared with the greatest care; minor deviations are possible.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include the statutory Austrian value-added tax, unless stated otherwise. Any customs duties and taxes in the recipient country are borne by the buyers.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, EPS, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, as well as other options displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase. The order will be processed after receipt of payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is primarily carried out via Austrian Post; depending on the destination, GLS, DHL, or DPD may be used. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination, weight, and carrier.
Usual delivery times: Austria 2–5 business days, EU 5–10 business days, International 10–25 business days. No liability is accepted for delays caused by customs or postal processing.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers from the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, an e-mail to shop@kamikuratcg.com with the order number and withdrawal statement is sufficient.
Returns must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. The direct return shipping costs are borne by the buyers, except in the case of damaged or incorrect goods. Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the goods to the original payment method.

7. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty applies (24 months) for defects existing at the time of delivery in accordance with Austrian consumer law. Damage caused by improper handling or normal wear and tear is excluded.
Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

8. Customer Account

Creating a customer account is optional and serves to simplify the ordering process. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their login details and for all activities carried out through the account.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is collected for contract processing and is only passed on to payment and shipping service providers where necessary for this purpose.

10. Age Restriction

Purchases are only permitted for persons aged 18 or older. By placing an order, customers confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement.

11. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For disputes, the competent court at the operator’s registered office shall have jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible.

12. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. KamikuraTCG may amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time; the version valid at the time of purchase shall be authoritative.
