Return & Refund Policy

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return Period)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

By means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) regarding your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

 

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs for standard shipping (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods — whichever is the earlier.

 

3. Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be handled with care.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed items (e.g. booster packs, boxes, accessories) that have been opened after delivery.

• Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

• Digital downloads once access or download has begun.

   

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shop@kamikuratcg.com.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

 

7. Refund Processing Time

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified by e-mail.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
